- Changed Gravestone spawning in PvE
Now they should not spawn on top of unsafe areas like Lava and attempting revives
should be more reliable.

- Fixed an issue where max ammo for weapons is not refreshed when you change weapons in a Lobby
- Fixed an issue where the Vulcan Cannon was invisible in third person
- Fixed an issue where falling off the map while invulnerable from recently respawning would result in
standing on air/hazardous materials - Fixed an issue where Random weapon pads (such as the ones on Racetrack Rampage) would not award a weapon
- Fixed an issue where collecting a Gold Bolt during an Escape would play no feedback sound, nor despawn the Bolt
while using the Keybearer HUD Style

- Fixed several loops not looping properly
